A dose clock counts down to your next shot day. Turn on one quiet reminder the evening before, if you want it. Log a dose, its site and the time in seconds.
Know your supply
Enter the doses you have on hand and GLP Note shows how many are left and the date you'll run out, so the refill isn't a surprise.
Private by default
No account, no sign-up, no analytics, no ads. Your journal is stored in a database on your phone. Export or delete it whenever you like.

- Quick check-ins. Note how today feels, including side effects, in about 15 seconds. Every field is optional.
- Injection-site rotation. A body map shows where you injected recently.
- Your history. Doses, check-ins and the weights you choose to log, on a timeline and charts.
- Rhythm. Streaks count weeks you showed up, with grace weeks and a pause for clinician holds. Turn it off any time.
- Export. Your data as CSV, JSON or a PDF summary you can bring to an appointment.
- App lock. Optional Face ID or passcode before the journal opens.
What it won't do
- No dose advice. GLP Note never calculates, suggests or changes a dose. It records what you and your prescriber decided.
- No account. There is nothing to sign up for and no server holding your journal.
- No tracking. No analytics, advertising or tracking SDKs in the app.
- No pressure. Rhythm rewards showing up. It never rewards weight change, dose size or speed.
- No notification spam. At most one reminder a day, and only if you turn reminders on.
