Privacy
GLP Note is made by Granite Group LLC ("we"). The short version: the app has no account and no analytics, your journal stays on your device, and we don't receive it.
The GLP Note app
- Where your data lives. Everything you enter (medications, doses, injection sites, check-ins, weights, notes and settings) is stored in a SQLite database inside the app on your device. We do not run a server for the app, and the app does not send your journal to us or to anyone else.
- No account. There is no sign-up, login, email or password.
- No analytics, ads or tracking. The app contains no analytics, advertising or tracking SDKs, and we do not track you across apps or websites.
- Reminders (optional). If you turn on reminders, the app asks for notification permission and schedules local notifications on your device. They are not sent through a push server. A discreet setting hides medication details from the notification text.
- App lock (optional). If you turn on app lock, your device checks Face ID, Touch ID or your passcode. The app never sees your biometric data. App lock controls access to the app's screens. It does not encrypt the database.
- Exports and sharing. CSV, JSON, PDF and share-card exports are created only when you ask, and go wherever you send them through your device's share sheet. Exported files are not encrypted, so treat them like any personal health document.
- Backups. On iPhone, your device backup (iCloud or computer) may include the app's data, depending on your system settings. On Android, the app opts out of Android's automatic app-data backup.
- Ratings. The app may show Apple's or Google's standard rating prompt. Anything you submit there goes to that store under its own terms.
- Deleting your data. Delete entries in the app's Settings, or uninstall the app to remove everything stored in it. Because we never receive your journal, we cannot recover it if your device is lost or the app is deleted, and we cannot delete it for you.
The App Store and Google Play handle downloads and may collect information under their own privacy policies.
This website
- glpnote.com is a set of static pages hosted on Cloudflare Pages.
- It sets no cookies and has no analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, forms or third-party scripts. The font is served from this site.
- Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical request data (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) to deliver and protect the site, under Cloudflare's privacy policy. We don't use that data to identify or profile visitors.
- If you email us, we use your message and address only to reply to you.
Children
GLP Note is meant for adults managing their own treatment. It is not directed to children.
Not medical advice
GLP Note is a personal logbook. It does not diagnose, treat or recommend doses. Talk to your clinician about your treatment.
